The Hangcha WS Series Electric Pallet Truck with Lithium Battery is designed for everyday pallet transport and low-level lifting in warehouses, distribution centres and other indoor material handling environments. Its compact design and electric drive help reduce manual pushing and pulling during daily operations.

Available with rated capacities from 1,500kg to 2,000kg, the WS Series combines a brushless drive motor, lithium battery technology and convenient operating controls in a compact pallet truck.

Efficient Electric Drive Performance

The WS Series features a 1.0kW DC brushless drive motor and a 48V electrical system. Maximum travel speeds are 4km/h laden and 5km/h unladen, supporting routine pallet movement throughout the workplace.

The brochure specifies gradeability of 6% laden and 20% unladen. Actual suitability should be assessed according to the load, floor conditions and operating environment.

Designed for Everyday Pallet Handling

The WS Series offers fork lengths of 1,150mm or 1,220mm and overall fork widths of 550mm or 685mm, allowing the configuration to be selected according to pallet dimensions and handling requirements.

The range includes the CBD15-WS, CBD15-WS-65L, CBD18-WS-SE and CBD20-WS. The CBD15-WS-65L provides a lower fork entry height of 65 ± 2mm, compared with 82 ± 2mm for the other listed models.

Convenient Control & Safety Features

The multifunctional handle places travel controls, the horn and emergency reverse button within easy reach. On full-electric configurations, lifting and lowering functions are also controlled from the handle.

Turtle speed supports slower movement when careful positioning is required. Upright drive mode allows travel with the handle upright, helping manoeuvring in confined spaces. Operators should use this mode carefully, as travel can be activated with the handle in any position.

Easy to Maintain

The brushless drive motor eliminates routine brush replacement, while the lithium battery reduces regular battery maintenance requirements. The removable battery design supports convenient battery replacement.

The LCD screen provides battery status, operating hours, recharge alerts and error codes to assist with daily checks and troubleshooting. The brochure also highlights convenient access for drive wheel replacement.

Battery & Configuration Options

The WS Series uses a 48V lithium battery, with 10Ah supplied as standard and 15Ah available as an option. A fast charger advertised with a two-hour charging time is also listed as an option; charging time should be confirmed for the selected battery and charger combination.
