Efficient AC Drive Performance

The XA Series is equipped with a 24V AC asynchronous drive motor and advanced AC control system for precise and stable operation. The brushless AC motor offers good acceleration, climbing capability and low heat generation while reducing routine motor maintenance requirements.

Its CANBUS communication structure also helps provide faster and more reliable communication between the stacker's operating systems.

Designed for Warehouse Handling

A compact body, large steering angle and wedge-shaped chassis help the stacker manoeuvre effectively in narrow warehouse areas. The optimised structure also provides the operator with a clear working view when entering and exiting pallets.

Enhanced Safety Features

The XA Series includes multiple safety functions to support daily warehouse operation. Standard features include automatic speed reduction after the forks are raised, cornering deceleration and anti-slip protection on slopes.

The control handle also incorporates an emergency reverse button to help protect the operator when travelling backwards. Depending on mast configuration and options, additional functions include lifting buffering and a soft-landing system for smoother cargo lowering.

Comfortable & Easy to Maintain

The standing pedal incorporates shock absorption to improve operator comfort during longer working periods, while the multifunctional handle allows major operating functions to be controlled conveniently with one hand.

For maintenance, the rear cover can be fully opened for easier access to internal components. The brushless AC motor, lubricated bushings, diagnostic display and protected electrical wiring are designed to simplify servicing and support long-term reliability.

Battery Options

The XA Series supports both lead-acid and lithium battery configurations. The brochure lists optional 24V lead-acid batteries from 240Ah to 340Ah, as well as 24V lithium battery options including 150Ah and 230Ah, depending on configuration.
