Efficient AC Drive Performance

The XA Series features a 24V AC asynchronous drive motor and an advanced AC control system for precise and stable operation. Its 1.6kW drive motor delivers smooth acceleration, while the brushless design reduces routine motor maintenance requirements.

The CANBUS communication system supports fast and reliable communication between operating systems. Travel speeds reach 6km/h laden and 7km/h unladen, while standard Electric Power Steering (EPS) helps make steering more convenient and flexible.

Designed for Warehouse Handling

A compact body, large steering angle and wedge-shaped chassis help the truck manoeuvre in confined working areas. The truck structure provides a clear operating view to assist with pallet entry and exit.

The XA Series includes release braking, reverse braking and emergency braking functions. Standard cornering deceleration and anti-slip protection on slopes help support controlled operation.

An emergency reverse button on the handle provides additional operator protection when travelling backwards. The electronic lifting limit and controller limit protection help prevent impact at the upper lifting position, protecting the motor and goods.

The XA Series supports both lead-acid and lithium battery configurations. The brochure lists 24V lead-acid battery options of 210Ah, 240Ah, 280Ah and 340Ah, alongside 24V lithium batteries of 150Ah and 230Ah, depending on the selected configuration.

Lithium battery configurations support opportunity charging and eliminate routine watering and acid-level checks. An intelligent battery management system monitors important battery functions to support safe and reliable operation.
